I had a great experience looking for a new home. Tanya was so kind and personable. She was easy to get a hold of, and quick to return calls. I loved how knowledgeable she was about the area and made many suggestions and recommendations for me. I have to say, I met my first friend in South Carolina! You will not be disappointed.
My wife and I had been looking for a place for retirement in Myrtle Beach for about 3 years. We had a solid idea what we wanted, but had no idea how much we didn’t know. Not only did Tanya perform all the normal duties at a very high standard, where she sets herself apart is how she goes above and beyond even the highest expectations. If I were to rate her on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give her a 14 because of how much she did that was above and beyond. We did end up buying a new home, direct from the builder. To be honest, had we not met Tanya, we may not have used a buyers agent. After this I would never consider not using a buyers agent, and neither should you.
