Ms. Tania Savory is one of the best and most efficient realtors I have ever worked with. Always same-day (usually within 2 hours) received a response and action. High attention to details, she is patient and hard working, and advocated on behalf of me (her client) behind the scenes during the purchase process. She clearly explains each step of the process, and makes the process transparent. I had previously worked with several other realtors who gave me the run-around, and never got back to me on my housing inquiries. The apartment I ended up purchasing was my first choice for apartments. I thought it was unlikely we might get the apartment, since it delivered good value, but she arranged it so I got exactly what I wanted. We competed against another bidder, but she skillfully managed the deal such that our offer was the one accepted in the end. Encarnacion is very patient and is very approachable. The process of my home buying was very nerve wrecking and she was there to support me every step of the way. She showed me several houses and willingly scheduled several more as I wasn’t happy with the ones I saw. She is knowledgeable about the real estate market and would recommend anyone who is looking for a home. She was also quick to answer all questions I had. Encarnacion is great!
