Tania was especially patient with us as we went through the buying process. We are moving from out of town so we were "looking" at houses long distance. She personally looked at a lot of houses first hand and narrowed down our choices so we could effectively use the limited time we had to best advantage. She helped keep us focused and sane while dealing with difficult sellers after we did chose a house to buy. We wouldn't have made it through this without her patience and sense if humor.
