I wanted to list my lot and called Chet and Tania. They listed it immediately and once we got a contract on it, it went smooth. They kept me informed through the process and were quick to answer any questions I had. Tania is very sweet and I felt like she cared about me even though it was just a vacant lot I was selling and not a million dollar home. They were spot on when they told me what they thought I could sell the property for and I was pleased with the offer I received. It feels good to work with people who don’t say one thing and do another. I didn’t feel pressured to sell for less when it didn’t sell for a while. She’s and Chet are great people and I’m very happy using them.

Tania was extremely helpful in selling my parent's home. My dad became ill and Tania had to start working with me as a go-between. She was very patient and when contracts could no longer be honored, she would help find another buyer. I do feel that Tania is very knowledgeable. I do feel her communication could have been better. There were times I had to email her (more than once) to find out exactly where we were especially when the closing didn't take place and I found out it wasn't happening. Overall, I would recommend Tania. I appreciate her help as she did go above & beyond to assist us!
