We had 5 offers within three days (at or above asking price). You might think that was because the house was underpriced but it wasn’t. We had an appraisal done before setting the asking price. The asking price was higher than the appraisal. Tana held open houses and provided advice throughout the selling process. She was honest, hard working, and knowledgeable.
