She listened and asked questions then used her knowledge of the market to effectively find prospective properties. She intelligently discussed various properties we saw. When I found the property, she negotiated effectively, guided me through the contract and mortgage process, and recommended contractors for some updating work, in particular she recommended a person to help with new flooring. She went along to introduce me to the flooring contractor, helped select the flooring, and, in the end, after installing flooring that I’m very pleased with, I had the property that fit my needs perfectly.
