Tammy really listens to understand the client's interests even as I changed my mind a few times along the way. She always focused on what was the right property for me. She has such great perspective on the local area, services in the areas, and on home improvement and home decor (!) as well. She was very knowledgeable about the offer process and what would work best for what I wanted to get done. She was very flexible to my schedule -- weekends, evenings, weekdays, etc for not just looking at properties but also for document signings and delivery of documents.

Tammy ROCKS!!! You can't go wrong with Tammy. While talking to a friend one night, he mentioned Tammy and by the time we got her contact information, she had reached out to us. She was awesome from the get go. We had a very challenging situation, where our rental was sold to a developer giving us a very short time to be out before demolition. She spent time with us, finding out what we were looking for and needed in a home. Her attention to detail was amazing. Between Zillow's app and locations she found, we had plenty of options. We never felt forced or pushed.. well not from Tammy. Ha. We found a cute place and Tammy jumped right in dealing with what turned out to be a Really Difficult seller.
