Tammy really listens to understand the client's interests even as I changed my mind a few times along the way. She always focused on what was the right property for me. She has such great perspective on the local area, services in the areas, and on home improvement and home decor (!) as well. She was very knowledgeable about the offer process and what would work best for what I wanted to get done. She was very flexible to my schedule -- weekends, evenings, weekdays, etc for not just looking at properties but also for document signings and delivery of documents.

We were so fortunate to have found Tammy when we moved to Bellevue. As our Realtor, she helped us find out forever house in the perfect neighborhood for the right price. She was patient with us as we moved our search from Seattle to Bellevue when my father passed and we wanted to be closer to my mom. Tammy ROCKS!!! You can't go wrong with Tammy. While talking to a friend one night, he mentioned Tammy and by the time we got her contact information, she had reached out to us. She was awesome from the get go. We had a very challenging situation, where our rental was sold to a developer giving us a very short time to be out before demolition. She spent time with us, finding out what we were looking for and needed in a home. Her attention to detail was amazing. Between Zillow's app and locations she found, we had plenty of options. We never felt forced or pushed.. well not from Tammy. Ha. We found a cute place and Tammy jumped right in dealing with what turned out to be a Really Difficult seller. She connected us with a great finance guy, who helped us deal with all the VA and banking details. Other then the Seller and the Developer, it was such really smooth and stress free experience. She even offered to help us clean the house before we started moving in beacuse of how tight the timeline got. We love the house and we now consider Tammy a dear friend. BBQ is still on. ??
