It's easy enough to sum up our experience with her; when we notified Tammy of rodents in our rental she wrote back "it's that time of year." We were able to get out of the lease because Tammy decided to rent to more people than the maximum occupancy of the home allowed under the rental license. I recommend you do not rent with Tammy.
