Tammy was a great seller's agent

We were pleased with the entire experience selling our home with Tammy. We had 2 agents do a market value on our home as well as a piece of land we own last fall, when we were undecided about whether to sell one or the other or to build. At that time we decided to wait until spring to do anything. We added a 3rd bedroom and a half bath over the winter, and asked them both to redo the market value in spring. It was very obvious that Tammy was the best agent. She was quick, thorough, professional, energetic, and personable. She got our house on the market the same night we signed a contract with her. The showings started the next day for 5 days, and the 5th day we selected 1 of 3 offers to accept. She kept us up to date and used multiple forms of communication appropriately to get us info and complete paperwork. If we have a need to sell again in the future, we will definitely contact her 1st without getting a second opinion.
