Tammy provided numerous properties for me to view . She was very knowledgeable on each , like she personally spent time at them and new a lot of details . I stumbled on a property that was not offered but a white tail property ! Do to the time she spent helping us find a place , I hired her to represent us . The guy that represented the property listed the wrong address, was not knowledgeable of the property and Tammy straightened the whole process out . From the time we found the property , had the title search and everything needed to complete the sale , we closed in one week ! Tammy is sharp and your one to get the job done !

We were pleased with the entire experience selling our home with Tammy. We had 2 agents do a market value on our home as well as a piece of land we own last fall, when we were undecided about whether to sell one or the other or to build. At that time we decided to wait until spring to do anything. We added a 3rd bedroom and a half bath over the winter, and asked them both to redo the market value in spring. It was very obvious that Tammy was the best agent. She was quick, thorough, professional, energetic, and personable. She got our house on the market the same night we signed a contract with her. The showings started the next day for 5 days, and the 5th day we selected 1 of 3 offers to accept. She kept us up to date and used multiple forms of communication appropriately to get us info and complete paperwork. If we have a need to sell again in the future, we will definitely contact her 1st without getting a second opinion.
