Tammy was easy to work with, she had a buyer lined up which made the process go much smoother than expected. She was reasonable and used electronic documents to sign! That was so helpful to not have to leave work multiple times to sign documents. I would recommend and use Tammy again.

Tammy was very informative. She would meet us weekdays or weekends. It didn't matter to her. She was definitely doing everything in her power to get us in our home. Very family oriented. Which is a plus. She is by far the "Publix" in realtors (the best).

Tammy had good suggestions for selling our house. She used social media; she contacted agents in Ohio, Michigan, and New York because many people there buy second homes in Florida; she worked with other agents in her office to get as many showings as possible. She gave us feedback on the showings so that we could improve future showings. She worked hard for us!
