Tammy is the best realtor out there, hands down. She helped me find and purchase my very first home and now, I've had the pleasure of working with her again to purchase my second home. Tammy Storie must have a clone, because it is simply impossible for one person to accomplish every single thing she does in a 24-hour time frame, every single day. I cannot say enough good about her. She handles each client as if that client is the only one she has - and she does this all with a smile on her face, excellent customer service, and a level of confidence and expertise that lets you know you have the best agent anywhere! I see others with agents who are NOT Tammy, and I simply feel sorry for them - because they are not getting THE BEST.

Tammy was such a pleasure to work with. I was hoping to find a rental home so that I wouldn't be rushed into finding the home, and property with all of my "must haves". Trust me when I say there were alot of must haves that quickly became not so much haves when finding a rental became nearly impossible with 4 dogs. Our game plan pivoted quickly and Tammy was so easy to work with and was on her phone setting up showings for the very same day. Did I mention I live in Chicago and was only in town for 3 days! Tammy knew I had a list of must haves and did her best to navigate us through finding a home with property, no so close to neighbors, preferably no hoa but if hoa they must allow 4 dogs and if the property wasn't already fenced, allowed it to be done. After several dead ends we finally saw a beautiful home within my budget, allowed 4 dogs and fence, 1.5 yr old home with pool, gated community on a 1/2 acre. I'd say 95% of my boxes were checked and I wasn't an easy client. We did end up with the house, thankfully. Only because Tammy had great insight on the market and what UT was going to take for an offer to be accepted. Tammy also walked me through the daunting contract as I was a first time home buyer and all the legal mumbo jumbo gave me anxiety. Tammy became a friend because she was my realtor. I know I was difficult at times but nothing phased Tammy. She is the sweetest person with such a calm demeanor. She offered me her car for an afternoon so I could pick up some things for the house after the closing. Before I was able to move in, Tammy had the locks changed, spent hours of her time getting the inspection done and being at the house for appts. while I was still in Chicago. Who does that? Southern to the core...I'm happy to have met her and more happy to have her as a new friend. .
