Tammy Sparks is an excellent realtor. For a newcomer in Iowa, I feel fortunate we found a realtor we can trust. Tammy is very helpful and showed us numerous homes with great patience. She demonstrated good knowledge and professionalism when answering our questions, exchanging contract with sellers and closing. Thanks to Tammy's help, we found a great home in West Des Moines we love.
Tammy was great. I couldn’t have gone through this process with anyone else.
Tammy and Tyler Sparks were amazing to work with. They were very attentive to what was best for us. They listened to our wants and needs and worked to find them for us. Tammy is very knowledgeable in the business. We highly recommend them, so wonderful to work with!!
We have purchased and sold several homes over the years, and thus worked with a good number of different realtors. Tammy Sparks was by far the best we have ever had. She had that perfect balance of being knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Her knowledge of the market and every little issue within each home was amazing. Her professionalism was seen in her attention to detail, timeliness, thoroughness, and courageous advocating for us to the seller. And her being personable was demonstrated by her accessibility and quickness to respond to my many questions along the way. I highly, highly recommend Tammy Sparks!
Working with Tammy Sparks was fun! It made the process enjoyable. She was also very knowledgeable and professional. She would point out things I didn't see or hadn't thought about. She had great advice in helping me to make the right decision. I could always get help from either Tammy and/or Tyler.

Tammy was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the sale and gave great advice throughout the entire process. She was totally looking out for my interests and wanted to get me the best deal possible. When the buyer and his realtor were delaying the sale, Tammy went to bat for me and was my advocate the entire time. I am very happy with Tammy's performance and would highly recommend her to anyone! Tammy was always ready to answer even the smallest questions and I always knew what was going on with the sale of my home. I was very happy with how professional and helpful she was.
