I really appreciated all the help Tammy gave me when looking for and buying my townhouse. She took the time, THAT FIT MY SCHEDULE, to show me a variety of styles and then narrowed it down for some of the specifics that I liked best. I didn't feel pressured to get into something that I wasn't secure about being in MY PRICE RANGE. I felt I could really TRUST Tammy to do what was best for ME, not what got her the best commission! Tammy was easy to work with. She set clear expectations for the marketing and sale process. She was helpful in identifying choices and the benefits of each choice, but let me make the decision. Even at the end of the sale, Tammy made it easy by bringing the closing paperwork to my house. Although selling a house is not something I do every day, Tammy's bright personality and expertise made the entire experience fabulous.
