Tammy came fully prepared on our first meeting with neighborhood comps, ideas for staging, and a well thought out plan to sell our house efficiently and at the top end of a fair market value. As first time home sellers we had MANY questions and she was always quick to respond and help out. We even had an urgent issue pop up during the contracting period where she answered at 9pm to talk us through what we could do. I would highly recommend her for any real estate needs!

She was well versed and knowledgeable in all aspects of the transaction. She explained everything in detail so everyone was on the same page. She remained professional despite the others involved, not behaving professionally.

The market right now is very seller-sided. It made it difficult to find a home. Moreover, a lot of the homes are in rough shape and to stay competitive required us to waive inspections. It made for a rough time. Tammy was both patient and honest. It helped us find something that had potential and was just right.

Tammy’s approach from the beginning to the end was excellent from the point of view of pricing, marketing. We really appreciated her strategy for our house.
