Tammy was knowledgeable into the marketing prices for our EUP housing market. She Scheduled several showings and was great getting the house advertised with other area realtors.

Overall satisfied with her knowledge of the market and felt she backed up our asking price as some realtors thought the asking was a little high. Biggest problem came at closing time as everything was done through mailings and feel there was some miscommunication with the title company and we were dealing with parties in three states,in the end we are happy with the results.
