Selling property from many miles away could have been tricky, but I was lucky. I found Tammy Shepherd many miles away. My home lower Mi near Detroit and we need to sell a lot on the Straits of Mackinaw. Luckily I found Tammy and the agency she works with. She was friendly right away. After giving her the lot location she was on it and had a sign in the lot right away. Within a couple of days she had activity on the sale and within a week we had made a very high-end sale. The neighbor was also interested as well. With a minimum of phone calls and help from my son, the sale was handled on line, between phones and deeds mailed to St.Ignace, and the lot was sold for a great price, we felt. Everyone was very pleased and Tammy was so sweet and helpful. We were all pleased.
