I had talked with Tammy years before by phone and was given very good advice about another property which she had no interest in. When it came time to list my home in Pinehurst I remembered how helpful she was and called her, within a few days she went to see the property and made suggestion on minor repairs and a listing price. We did repairs and touch ups she recommended and the home was listed quickly. Right away we had offers and sold the home, which I contribute mostly to her and her teams website and listing recommendations, not to mention staging of the home. I also live in FL so communication was key! I can tell you that my experience with Tammy and team was professional and ethical.
