She is confident and worked closely with me when we needed to engage a structual engineer, giving me some names she was familiar with. She also gave me some names of people who have worked closely with her to do the yard work and house cleaning to prepare a house for listing. They did a fantastic job at very reasonable prices. The listing photos really popped! Very professional! Tammy keeps me posted, via email or text, on all offers as they come in, promptly! Tammy knows the market and is fair and honest about what the offering price should be! I highly recommend Tammy and would definitely sign with her again!
