In fact Tammy was very familiar with the particular area I was interested in selling. She was very positive right away as I showed her the house and lot beside the house. She knew exactly what a fair listing price was and the lot sold right away! Much higher than I would have thought. Tammy has kept me in the loop every step of the way. I appreciate her expertise and feel very comfortable with her suggestions and options which help a great deal in my decision making. I could not believe how quickly Tammy got the paperwork together, making the transaction seamless in selling the lot. Tammy understands the market and knows everyone in this field from builders to other realtors. She is confident and worked closely with me when we needed to engage a structual engineer, giving me some names she was familiar with. She also gave me some names of people who have worked closely with her to do the yard work and house cleaning to prepare a house for listing. They did a fantastic job at very reasonable prices. The listing photos really popped! Very professional! Tammy keeps me posted, via email or text, on all offers as they come in, promptly!
