Real estate closings are effortless when your realtor is easy to reach and who immediately tackles and solves problems before you know they exist. I was fortunate to have found Tammy Lyne years ago when I first bought a townhome for my brother. Since then, she has sold three lots, my home, and sold my brother’s townhome after he passed. I can’t imagine anyone who could be more professional or work harder and smarter than Tammy and her team. I couldn’t imagine using anyone else.
Tammy helped us establish the going rate for lots in the area ( we live in Virginia). She then put us in contact with realtors that knew Pineridge. The first couple had to drop out due to medical emergency. It wasn't long before they found the purchasing couple and they paid our asking price.
