As soon as we signed the papers to list our home, Tammy arranged landscapers, handymen to get the house ready to be listed. I could not have done this without her valuable connections. Our home was listed on a Tuesday and we had a buyer by Saturday. Although the move was extremely hectic and challenging, we were in constant communication with Tammy. She even went to our home when we accidently left behind a new laptop and all my medications. . She arranged to pick them up and mail these items by Priority Mail. We needed to have ample time to get all our belongings out of our home. This was accomplished and we moved on the closing date. Being senior citizens, who had not sold a home for eighteen years, we needed the expertise of a qualified and knowledgeable broker to coordinate our move from NC back home to MA.
