This was an estate sale. Tammy understood my desire for a low hassle transaction, so she directed us to investors that had the means for that. When those fell through, for reasons on the buyers' ends, another buyer showed up. I wasn't sure I wanted to deal with someone who had to get financing, but Tammy showed me how it would work with my need for little bother. She was in touch during the whole process, relaying messages between me and the buyer as needed; very professional. Very capable of answering questions about the process, and some questions that required her experience to be able to answer (what she thought I could get for it, how much it would take to get in shape to get the best price, what the inspectors and appraisers look for, etc.) All in all, a very easy process, which is exactly what I was looking for.
