She will not only be honest with what your up against but her knowledge, respect and loyalty is incomparable to none. I knew Tammy was going to be amazing from the moment we first spoke on the phone! She is also a fellow New Englander and knew exactly what I was talking about when I described what I wanted in a home and a neighborhood that you cannot get in New England. She went above and beyond the call of any real estate agent I have ever worked with and we have moved a lot in my lifetime. She explained everything and even helped us clear out the last of our items from the house. She took all the stress out of the whole process and did it with kindness and compassion.

A local realtor was first recommended to help my Husband and I sell this small town home. We were in contact a couple times and she just made everything sound impossible. Tammy helped us find a home that checked all of our boxes and introduced us to the area. We weren't sure what to expect moving to a different state but Tammy made us feel comfortable and kept us in the know throughout the whole process. We moved down to South Carolina in April 2021 and Tammy helped us find our home with excellent service. Then when it came time to sell in November we went to Tammy again.
