I have a unique view to know how hard Tammy works for her clients. Not only is she my personal agent, helping me purchase off market deals…she is also someone who I work with as a lender. But after spending time with us and analyzing our scenario, she asked us if we wanted to build our own. It was amazing because we didn’t think we could. But Tammy showed us how we were in a position to take that route EASILY. The home-building process was a dream. Tammy was there for every conversation, walkthrough and, in one case, attended an inspection on our behalf. She was thorough and represented us well. She even went as far as scheduling a “Blessing of the Home” for us so we could write our Bible scriptures before the drywall went up. And, if you think her job is finished after closing, think again! Tammy is still reaching out as we’ve settled in, making sure our dream home is as it should be. Everyone deserves to have the seamless experience we did. I can not recommend Tammy enough. We trust her, and she has your best interest in mind.
She went above and beyond the call of any real estate agent I have ever worked with and we have moved a lot in my lifetime. She explained everything and even helped us clear out the last of our items from the house. She took all the stress out of the whole process and did it with kindness and compassion.

A local realtor was first recommended to help my Husband and I sell this small town home. We were in contact a couple times and she just made everything sound impossible. She suggests the house may sit on the market for a while. This was news to me so I reached out to a realtor I knew would make things happen, Tammy McMahon! Sure enough, I called Tammy and let her know what I was hearing and she said "We can do better than that!" She came out and helped my large family take some beautiful photos. Let's just say she went ABOVE and BEYOND! Once on the market we had multiple requests to view the home and offers within the weekend. It was chaos and Tammy handled it all with stride! We had a couple minor setbacks that she walked us through and in the end it was such a breeze with her assistance. We could not have asked for a better realtor to handle the sale of our home!
Tammy helped us find a home that checked all of our boxes and introduced us to the area. We weren't sure what to expect moving to a different state but Tammy made us feel comfortable and kept us in the know throughout the whole process. We will be recommending to our friends and family if they decide to move to the area!
We moved down to South Carolina in April 2021 and Tammy helped us find our home with excellent service. Then when it came time to sell in November we went to Tammy again. Knowing that we were moving out of state, she did everything she could to get us set up with a great realtor up here to make sure we were in great hands. It took us a little longer to find a realtor here, but we were able to find one that was able to guide us some. Unfortunately, for the realtors here, Tammy McMahon blew her experience, knowledge, charisma, & love for helping others, so far out of the park that no other realtor had a chance! After going through 7 realtors here, we realized that we were never going to find another Tammy McMahon! She's such an amazing realtor that we would've paid for her to fly here to help us find a new home if we could have! You will love Tammy as much as we do!♡

There were a few complications in my home selling, and Tammy was there to help with every bit of it. Her knowledge was on point, and what little she did not know she found out quickly. She answered every question I had quickly and never showed any signs of frustration or push back when I didn't understand or needed advice.
