She not only took care of all of the details of the sale, she also referred us to an excellent insurance agent, and contacted a local roofer who she trusted and spearheaded the replacement of our roof. She has given us in depth local knowledge of schools, restaurants, entertainment, and even churches. She has been available when needed when we could not get to the property. One of things that meant the most to us was her true concern for our health and well being. For example, we had a mold problem in the crawl space and she was very specific in what needed to be done that most remediation companies don't do and she referred us to her most trusted provider of such services.
