Tammy has a wealth of experience and is very down to earth. She is well-versed in health issues (including mold) that seems to be prevalant here in the south and was able to indicate potential problems during the process, and lined me up with reasonable remediation services; everyone has been diligent and very communicative the entire time, and I'm pleased with the services rendered. I highly recommend her, as it seems there is a lot that can go wrong and she is aware and ready to advocate for her buyers and sellers.
