I found Tammy on the internet. I had previously been with another realtor in your area who simply told me she could not sell my property for anything close to what I needed. A friend suggested I try to get another agent and I found Tammy. She has been a Godsend. My property was a mess. I owned it, but lived out of state and simply could not manage it. I had a $52,000.00 mortgage on it and there was no way the house was worth that. Tammy opened up the option of a short sale, which the other realtor never mentioned. She walked me through the process, over the phone, with incredible patience. When the bank (5th3rd) proved to be so slow that we lost an offer of $25,000, Tammy encouraged me and found another offer, this time for $35,000. Again, the bank was slow and we thought we were going to lose this one. Tammy never stopped working, harassing the banker (he NEEDED harassing), encouraging me, encouraging the buyer...working working working...and this for what had to have been a very small commission. We finally found a way to get it done withOUT the bank (major accomplishment) but, like always, a million hurdles stood in our way. Tammy worked through every one of them, coaching me on where to go, who to see, and what to do, right down to offering to get my husband's death certificate for me when I was out of town and working with the title agency to save me money. I never for one moment thought that she had anything on her mind but my welfare. She became a friend, and I have never met her. We did this all over the phone in two states. SHE got it done and got it taken off my hands, saving me a lot of money. I would recommend her to my friends and family and anyone who reads this. She is the BEST. She's smart, she works hard, and she honestly cares about her clients. I am a teacher, and I know how much it means to care about those you are charged with helping. Not many do. Tammy certainly does.

When I called Tammy, I was at the end of my rope as for as real estate agents go! I had already been through 3 other agents who did nothing but waste what little spare time that I had. They kept taking me to see houses that were not any where near what I told them I was looking for! One agent even took me to see a home that had been sold two weeks prior!!! Of course, that house was exactly the type of house that I had been looking for! So, needless to say, my trust in real estate agents was at ZERO! Poor Tammy...lol. Tammy hung in there though. She actually listened, not only to me, but also to my two daughters. She asked questions and found out what we were looking for as a family. She knew my time was limited and valuable and she did not waste my time, or hers for that matter, taking me to see houses that didn't fit my family! Tammy did the impossible, she made me trust her, when I vowed that I would never trust a real estate agent again! You see, although selling houses is how Tammy makes a livng, she is not willing to sell someone a house that doesn't fit their dream just to line her own pockets! Tammy genuinely cares about her buyers and her sellers and truly enjoys turning their dreams into reality! She is definitely one in a million!

I was a first time home buyer and new to the home buying process and thanks to Tammy my first home purchase was very smooth. She was responsive to all of my calls and emails getting me in to see houses right away. Tammy was very knowledgeable of the housing market in the area and the true value of the houses we were viewing comparable to others. In the end, I'm extremely happy with my new house; I got a great deal in a great area and will definitely use Tammy again if I decide to move.
