This was the first time buying a house, and we were very blessed to work with Tammy! Even with the research about house buying and the researching properties in the area, there is no way to know everything. Unless you're Tammy. She was incredibly attentive to what we told her, and was able to help us at our own pace to go through the process. Tammy has a way of remembering every detail about what we told her we wanted. She was able to pick out every pro and con to the houses we looked at, based on what we had told her, even things from our first meeting. The house we ended up buying is perfect for us. Tammy was able to guide us through the process, and surprisingly gave us more and information about the process than the mortgage company or any other party involved. When or if we buy again we will be looking for Tammy. In the meantime, we will be recommending her to anyone who is even thinking about getting a home. Very very happy with Tammy!

We were VERY please with Tammy through our whole selling process. She was thoughtful and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. I would recommend her on for anyone buying or selling in the area. She is a friend for life, we appreciate her and everything that she did for us. She is an excellent communicator (even at 11pm - when needed, lol) and provided us everything we needed. Selling a home is stressful at times, but she made it very easy.

Tammy was very patient and so very helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing my home! Being a first time homebuyer, she walked me through every single process and helped me every step of the way. I also went through an awful foreclosure experience, and Tammy was nothing but stellar through the whole thing. She went above and beyond to secure my home for me even when every other party in the deal was horrendous to deal with. She did much more than her job and duty as my realtor by taking care of things on the sellers end when they refused to complete their duties. The best part of this experience was how persistent she was even when others involved completely dropped the ball. When it came time to finally close on my home, people on the other end once again, didn't come through and instead of going along with their way, Tammy insisted on closing even if she had to do it herself! It was only her and I that showed up to my closing. She performed as my realtor, my closer, and even sometimes the selling agent. She has a client for life!

This is the second time we've worked with Tammy ... and I mean worked WITH. Friendly, very attentive to needs ... you can tell she really wants things to go smooth and to EARN your business for life. We had communication issues with our mortgage company, Tammy would place calls for us. She also proactively provided contact info for utility companies and internet service/cable companies, things she didn't have to do. We contacted her a lot; never heard any complaints, never any short or terse responses ... just a NICE person. Great to work with and HIGHLY recommended.

Tammy was very patient with us as we looked at homes across Genesee County until she brought us to a home with everything we were not looking for....and we fell in love with it! We had some issues with our loan process as well as a few issues with the seller but Tammy always explained everything to us, calmed my fears and never once led me to believe anything other than we would be homeowners soon! I have know Tammy for about 4 yrs. She helped me build & purchase my home in Grand Blanc MI. Then again she helped me & my sisters sell my aging moms home, also in Grand Blanc. Due to a job loss, I decided to move to Georgia. So if course I called Tammy. She marketed my home & sold it within a few days.
