We were in an upstairs condo and had made the decision we wanted a villa. From the time I called Tammy Kitt and gave her our “must haves”, it was about an hour when she called back to say she found it! We looked at the beautiful new villa that day and committed the next morning. Tammy listened, did not waste our time, and was so helpful throughout the process. Nancy and I are presently in search of a Venice or Englewood, Florida, property in the aftermath of our respective retirements. Visiting these areas with our family for other purposes (Disney World recreation); we made contact with Ms. Tammy Kitt in an attempt to combine business with pleasure. Despite being given very short notice by the undersigned, Ms. Kitt none-the-less successfully led us on a very detailed and expansive inspection of relevant and enticing options. Due to the brevity of our stay, our property search could not be brought to satisfactory conclusion (but almost did, thanks to Ms. Kitt, and despite the transiency of our one (1) day together). After our departure from Florida this past weekend, we find Ms. Kitt continuing to provide us with other related information which we requested from her and which will further facilitate an advancement toward our stated goal. My wife and I plan to return to Venice, Florida, for an extended stay during the Winter of 2017. Tammy was referred by a friend here in Port Charlotte. We still lived in Wisconsin when we contacted Tammy and explained our plans and wishes to find a home to purchase in a relatively short time. Upon our arrival in Florida, Tammy showed us the homes she knew we would be interested in . Price range, location, community, all exactly as we hoped for. We closed on our home 6 weeks later.
Meeting and getting to know Tammy Kitt has truely been a pleasure. My wife and I first met Tammy while she was hosting an open house in Venice Florida. We were on vacation and were only interested in looking at some houses and not really in the market to buy. After getting a better feel for where we were at, Tammy sent us some listings and we went and looked at a few. After spending a few hours with Tammy we were confident in her abilities and found her to be very pleasant. We returned back home to Michigan and Tammy sent us more listings in the days that followed and we actually found one we liked. Tammy went to that house and she did a video walk thru for us so we could see it right away. We had alot of questions and Tammy searched out so much information for us on rental possibilities , operational costs and even information on local boat launches and marinas. So when we decided to make an offer, Tammy did a great job going to the seller on our behalf and after a few counter offers we agreed on a price. We put a great deal of faith in Tammy as we still had not seen the house first hand as we were still in Michigan. We now flew back down to Florida to meet up with the building inspector and Tammy was there to meet us. We loved the house as she expected we would. When we went back home to Michigan Tammy did an excellent job of getting back with the seller to fix a few things on the house as well as keeping track with the appraisal and the mortgage company. Finally everything came together and we came back down to Florida to close and we now have a beautiful vacation home in Florida. Tammy helped us through every step along the way and was very comforting through the difficult parts as we were so far away.
