The first thing I did once things settled down was find Tammy and from there on out the process was smooth as could be. The house was fully furnished and Tammy helped to assist in finding auctioneers to liquidate the belongings. I accidentally let the water and electric bills go past due and one day during a visit to the house she found the notice and paid them without a hesitation. She was a tremendous asset in the process and there is no way I would have been able to handle everything going on without somebody like her on my team. She coordinated all the steps of the process making my job easy and much less stressful than anticipated. She staged the house perfectly and we got into a multiple offer situation, all much over asking price and ended up closing with a great cash deal with no bumps in the road. Our experience with Tammy was really excellent from start to finish. She showed why she is a top rated agent in a number of ways beginning with a very thorough cma including historical data. Being offsite for most of the sale, we really appreciated Tammy taking care of getting keys made, staging the house and holding an open house within 24 hours of signing our listing contract. We had the offer we eventually accepted 24 hours after the open house! She identified pros and cons of various offers but always stressed "we were in charge". She helped us manage the complexity of a contingent sale on the buyers property, arranged for necessary repairs after inspection and even brought a notary tour house allowing us to close hassle free.
