Tammy did an excellent job selling our house. We had three offers in less than a week of listing the house and sold it the day of those offers! Tammy was a great person to do business with, she is very efficient and responds quickly to calls or emails. I highly recommend her.
We had a great experience with Tammy and Cory. They had our house under contract in under a week. We were able to close early too! Overall, we were impressed with marketing and how on top of it they were. Would definitely use them in the future or recommend them to anyone who needs a realtor.
Great experience with the Freilich team. They sold my home in just 3 days and the whole process was very smooth as they stayed on top of deadlines and everyone involved. I would highly recommend the Freilich team for any real estate needs! Great job!
I can't say enough about Tammy and her team - from listing my home to closing, they were great and my home sold in 2 weeks and closed in 6. I am a retired Realtor and I would highly recommend Tammy.
Tammy was great! Knows her stuff! This is the second time we have used Tammy Freilich and I would use her again without hesitation. Great work ethic and puts forth the effort you want when buying and selling your property. Her son Cory is a great asset as well. If you are planning on selling and/or buying a pre-owned home in The Villages, Florida, do not hesitate to contact Tammy. You will not regret it!!!! Michelle Tollefsen
I contacted Tammy and her team in regards to investment properties in The Villages. They have been extremely helpful and prompt in answering any questions or finding additional information. We haven’t found the right property yet but I can tell this team is top notch and I am looking forward to working together locating investment properties.

After interviewing a few agents to sell our Villages property, we decided to hire Tammy. She was wonderful in every way! She followed through on everything she said she would. She went above and beyond working nights and weekends addressing issues or questions we had in the process. I would certainly use Tammy and her team again. She is a gem!
The Freilich team was super helpful throughout the home-selling journey. They answered all questions and were comforting and stayed in constant contact with all updates. Highly recommended.
Tammy is very knowledgeable in this area and presented a detail account of the marketing tools to sell our home. It sold within 10 days on the Market
This is the second home I have had Tammy and her partner Cory sell for me. They are both extremely professional and ALWAYS get the job done. I would not hesitate to utilize their services again.
