Tammy was bang on with suggestions and market knowledge. The house sold fast, just as she said it would... Our only wish would have been more personal contact and less online contact. Technology is great, but selling a home is personal. And the admin errors and typos worried us as to a lack of attention to detail. Will call Tammy again if the need ever arises. Great job!

We can't thank her and team enough for sticking with sale and going above and beyond expectations to get things completed, super lady and super staff! She had critters removed, landscaping fixed, roof repaired, spa fixed - had carpets cleaned and much more. I am a remote seller - selling property for my father, living 1000 miles away. we had a buyer come in and then inspection showed my dad had neglected maintenance of house as he aged.
