We used Tammy for the sale of our house in Nevada. We were moving out of state and at our request she connected us to a realtor in Idaho for the purchase of a new home. Tammy is a great people person. She did not sugar coat what we could expect to receive from the sale of our house. We were able to sale it in a timely manner with a few hiccups from the buyer.
