It was over 2 years of time that we had looked at homes in Fallon NV. We were first referred to a supposed "well known" and "best" realtor in Northern NV area (Reno, Fallon, Fernley, Carson) by a friend of ours. That particular realtor never really contacted us in that 2 year span other than the initial meeting. I searched for a realtor on my own during that time and kept Tammy as a backup for alternate realtor. Over that 2 years every time we looked at a home, or "liked" it on various sites including Silver Springs (which was often), Tammy sent me a text or an email asking how we were doing and if there was anything she could do further. The other realtor, crickets... After the 2 years and waiting for the right time to seriously buy a home we went with Tammy based on her interaction and communication with us, which was much appreciated. Once we found a home (a few) we wanted, Tammy was a pleasure in helping us through the process. She was attentive, compassionate, and driven. Communication was very good and my wife and I feel that perhaps we now have a new friend. We closed on our new house within 30 days with little problems (all on the sellers end, not on Tammy or us).
