After getting screwed over by 2 realtors, which seems to be commonplace in the industry, Tamm was not only a breath of fresh air, she renewed my faith that good realtors exist! Tamm is a special lady in so many ways. She does so much for the community through animal advocacy and tending to the homeless. As a person she is kind, altruistic and has vibrant positive energy. As a realtor she is experienced, shrewd, and sincerely cares about her clients. The buyer's agent tried to pull a fast one, but Tamm wasn't having any of that. She had my back! I felt very blessed to have this woman at the helm of my deal after going through so much stress from previous agents. Tamm was the only agent who actually put forth energy and resources to sell my home. Most agents just slap your listing on the MLS and wait to collect their commission.
