Really glad Tammy was there to help us, she made the home buying process easy. As we were moving from out-of-state, we were unfamiliar with the neighborhoods and did not know what to expect. Tammy made the process extremely easy, she scheduled an initial call where she questions on things we wanted / liked in a house, neighborhood, and lifestyle amenities. Given that she knows most of the neighborhoods (as a Jax native), she quickly got a grasp of our wants and found us the perfect property to call home. She even successfully negotiated the price even when it was still mostly a seller's market. She is exceptional at her craft, honest, and we will recommend her to everyone interested in purchasing a property in the Jacksonville area.
