Tammy Beckley is a Principal Broker and has been licensed in real estate since 1997. Prior to moving to Portland, she owned and operated her own successful real estate firm on the beautiful Southern Oregon coast. After visiting Portland many times over the years, she moved to Portland in the summer of 2011.
Originally born and raised in San Francisco, California, Tammy spent several years as a youth growing up in Johannesburg, South Africa. This, along with her past experience working alongside her extended family in the international lumber industry, gave her plenty of experience with travel and especially moving! Tammy has stated “I understand first hand what it feels like to move across the block, across the country or across the world! It seems it was a natural fit for me to land in the world of real estate”.
Specializing in residential listing and sales, Tammy also represents a wide variety of clientele from corporate relocation, to professional athlete relocation and is highly skilled in the representation of acreage property, vineyards, farm, ranch and also timber properties.
Her in depth knowledge of the local area, the current state of the real estate market and navigation of the purchase and sales agreement, along with her sharp negotiating skills will allow you to feel confident that you’re getting the highest level of representation with the least amount of stress in your transaction.
In addition, Tammy has been featured as a real estate expert and has appeared on CNBC, KATU, and other local television broadcasts on numerous occasions. Currently Tammy is the featured real estate expert on AM Northwest in Portland, Oregon and appears at least once a month speaking on relevant real estate topics.
Balancing her work with her favorite past times which include: attending outdoor music venues, art, white water rafting, kayaking, bicycle riding, reading, and doing just about anything in the sun! Most of all, she enjoys spending time with her 2 beautiful children, Abby and John.
