I was a first time home buyer moving from out of state when I purchased a home earlier this year. Tammie was there every step of the process and continually checked in to make sure my questions were answered. It was very reassuring to have her help. If I buy or sell again in the area, I will be using Tammie.

Tammie knew the market well in my area as well as timing for listing my home. She is extremely knowledgeable in how to present the home and market it. She was fabulous with the negotiation all the way through closing. She is honest and communicated with me quickly every step of the way. In my first meeting with her, she very clearly explained the process she had for selling my home from start to finish. Tammie handled difficult situations with the buyers extremely professionally and was looking out for my best interest in the process. I appreciate all of her help and will definitely use her again in the future!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Tammie to purchase our first home. We have a large family and were concerned we'd have a hard time finding the perfect home...until we met Tammie! Met her on a Saturday and were in our dream house less than a month later! She's very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We came to JAX to find a retirement home after COVID. Tammie was referred to us and based on her knowledge of the area and the market she was able to tell us what to expect. She listened to our "needs" and our "desires" and guided us to homes in areas we would be interested in. She was very open and provided us with honest feedback on the homes we toured, good and bad. We elected to build and Tammie did a great job of representing our interests with the builder to make sure we got a home we would love. She was there for all the inspections, pointing out items we may have missed. Making sure we got the quality build we wanted. After closing she has continued to check in with us to make sure we were happy with the home and has provided us with lots of guidance on where to get support from local businesses for home services and furniture based on knowledge of the area and taking the time to understand our tastes. The home purchase process can be very stressful but Tammie did a great job of helping us and guiding us through the process. Job well done.

Tammie is very thorough and honest about what is needed to sell your house. This is the second home our family has had Tammie list. First house sold in 8 hours. This house had an offer in the first week. Financing fell through but had another offer within a day. Both houses sold for more than we expected and left us with money in the bank. Tammie communicates regularly and tells you the truth if you as a question as well as pros and cons if you don’t want to fix something she believes needs fixed.
