Tammie knew the market well in my area as well as timing for listing my home. She is extremely knowledgeable in how to present the home and market it. We came to JAX to find a retirement home after COVID. Tammie was referred to us and based on her knowledge of the area and the market she was able to tell us what to expect. She listened to our "needs" and our "desires" and guided us to homes in areas we would be interested in. She was very open and provided us with honest feedback on the homes we toured, good and bad. We elected to build and Tammie did a great job of representing our interests with the builder to make sure we got a home we would love. She was there for all the inspections, pointing out items we may have missed. Making sure we got the quality build we wanted. After closing she has continued to check in with us to make sure we were happy with the home and has provided us with lots of guidance on where to get support from local businesses for home services and furniture based on knowledge of the area and taking the time to understand our tastes. The home purchase process can be very stressful but Tammie did a great job of helping us and guiding us through the process. Job well done.
Tammie is very thorough and honest about what is needed to sell your house. This is the second home our family has had Tammie list. First house sold in 8 hours. This house had an offer in the first week. Financing fell through but had another offer within a day. Both houses sold for more than we expected and left us with money in the bank. Tammie communicates regularly and tells you the truth if you as a question as well as pros and cons if you don’t want to fix something she believes needs fixed.
Tammie is our relator and helped us tremendously throughout the homebuying process. Tammie took her time to explain things to us and is always there to go over and beyond for us even after we purchased our home. We recently have had some issue with our builder who basically would not reach back out to us for warranty needs. We contacted Tammie to see if she could assist us and she jumped in right away and contacted the site agents and up the chain to get us the help we needed for our home repairs. Tammie followed up with them numerous of times and was persistent on getting us the help that we need. Also I just want to add that at closing during our walk through because we are first time home owners there were things that we may not have known to look for or ask about and Tammie walked every inch of the home and pointed out things that were not done and things that needed repairs and was diligent in ensuring that these items were noted and were completed before our closing. Tammie has not cut the lines of communication with us now that we are in the home she is readily still available to help assist us in any way which speaks volumes about her reputation, honesty and character and we truly appreciate all that she has done. I've even called her on things that I still am not aware of during this process and she always provides us with answers. Awesome relator and we cannot thank her enough for all she has done for us.
