Tammi helped the reviewer buy this property

Experience shines through every part of the process

I found Tammi by poring over realtor reviews looking for someone who cares about what I care about: a smooth first-time homebuying experience, knowledge of all the complicated components of homebuying and ownership, responsiveness, effective communication, negotiation skills, and connections. Tammi delivered in spades. She was patient with me as I fumbled through the process, always had quick and thorough answers to every inquiry, pointed out so many things I never would've considered, and got me a great deal on a house I love. She is also very well-connected with other realtors, inspectors, lenders, etc. I was able to find and do everything I needed with her help, and I'm very happy with my house, mortgage, and insurance, all of which came about through Tammi and her connections. Thank you, Tammi!
