Great experience, especially as first-time buyers

Tammi was super helpful in leading us through the complex home-buying process as first time buyers. We were looking to find and close on a property in a relatively short time frame, and Tammi was more than happy to take on the challenge. She was friendly, communicative, and gave a lot of helpful reminders to keep us on track despite our busy schedules. She always made time for evening and weekend showings even with only a day or two notice. Her experience with AA housing market really helped us recognize which properties would require extensive and sometimes hidden repairs and which selling realtors were reliable to work with. She also had amazing recommendations for all the ancillary providers like mortgage agents, homeowners insurance agents, and inspectors. We are super excited to have snagged a great condo at below listing price through her guidance.
