2021 was an incredibly tough year for house hunting but Tammi helped me, a first time home buyer, breeze through the process of buying a condo. She was very knowledgeable and responded very speedily, which ultimately helped secured the deal with the seller. There were multiple offers on the condo and it was Tammi’s tough negotiating skills that put my offer on top. Tammi also had many valuable contacts in the industry which I was so grateful for as it saved me so much time sifting through reviews for the best Home Inspector, etc. I really liked that Tammi was honest with me about the pros and cons about a condo, and did not make me feel pressured into buying (and settling for) something because the market was so hot. Lastly, Tammi also managed to get a resident to let us in her home to view the layout and get her unfiltered opinion of the neighbourhood, which was fantastic information!

We found Tammi when we thought we wanted a house in Tecumseh, MI, but we ended up finding a house just north of Richmond, MI. Tammi had no problem going out of her way to make the perfect house we found into our new house.
