We were what can be called “finicky buyers” about our selection and she took our challenges with good humor and did lead us to the home in a new development in Cornelius, OR. She stayed with us in all the signing of documents and explained what we were signing. We are very happy with her endeavors on our behalf and would certainly recommend her to friends and neighbors. We consider her not just a Real Estate person, but we also consider her to be a friend.
I would like to thank Tami for the outstanding service she provided in the recent sale of a house for a deceased relative. I mention the circumstances because the seller had never lived in the house. She provided excellent advice regarding the strategy for pricing the house and what we should be doing to present the property in the best light. Because the seller was an estate with the underlying issues of getting the property ready to sell, I believe she had to look at the sale a bit differently from her usual sale and services she could see we needed had to be adapted on the fly. Tami was able to get our income property sold quickly and with little fuss. Her contacts with local handy men facilitated getting work done on the unit and being responsive to the demands of the buyer. We used Tami to buy the unit as she had impressed us with her doggedness while working with our daughter. Tami helped us sell our home last fall. Not only did she get it done in a short amount of time but she was very instrumental in helping us choose the correct paint colors and figuring out which projects to do so we could get top dollar for our home. She also went above and beyond and spent a whole day with my wife helping her to shop for the staging items. Tami was fantastic. She exercised a great deal of patience, working with us for over a year and showing us around 90 houses. She was very attentive, made herself available to us at odd times and on short notice, and has a can-do attitude, where if you need something to happen either to purchase a home or to get your home sold, she will make sure it gets done.
