Tami is a great agent to work with. She communicates very well and is very good at making herself available. She works really well with other agents to gather as much information as possible and give you the best chance of getting an offer accepted. She also has a lot of good contacts that can provide useful consultation and information (e.g. contractors, inspectors etc..)

We were out of state owners of a property in Oregon that was severely scarred by our tenant. We had to endure an additional 4 month extension on her lease due to Oregon law and after finally getting the tenant out Tami was able to access our property. She was quick to send me pictures of the damage and assured me that she has a team that could repair what was done. After giving her carte blanche our property was restored to almost new condition and we sold through her for over asking price. What more needs to be said. I would only go her again should I ever look to purchase or sell in Oregon.
I have nothing but good things to day about having Tami on my side during purchasing my families first home. Everything that could have gone wrong pretty much went sour but she was able to clam this anxious and overcontriling person during the whole process.
