Our journey with Tamera started several months ago and she has been there every step of the way! I highly recommend Tamera for the buying or selling of your home. We lived in a very small old home. My husband and I were very unsure on what path to take. Do we update and add on to what we have, do we buy a existing home, or do we buy land and build? Upon her arrival I anticipated having to make a decision right then and there about listing our home and for what price. I could not have been more wrong. There was absolutely no pressure what so ever. We visited, she suggested options and left the ball totally in our court. She did mention a new build home that got our attention. She laid it out in terms that made sense to us. At that point we decided to commit to the buy of a new build! There were a lot of highs and lows to selling our home.
