As a first-time homebuyer since selling in 1980, the prospect and understanding of the current market and CA laws was intimidating! Ms. Montgomery initially showed us several properties that were not right or became unavailable; but she persevered in her low-key way when the now-purchased property was located! While working well with my mortgage lender, Tami helped me set up the offer and coached me like a caring teacher and real estate professional through the process!
