As a first-time homebuyer since selling in 1980, the prospect and understanding of the current market and CA laws was intimidating! Ms. Montgomery initially showed us several properties that were not right or became unavailable; but she persevered in her low-key way when the now-purchased property was located! While working well with my mortgage lender, Tami helped me set up the offer and coached me like a caring teacher and real estate professional through the process! I am appreciative of the assertiveness she exhibited with all parties: me, the owners through the listing agent and the agent, my mortgage broker, and the assigned Escrow company! She was able to direct me (living in San Diego) to honest and thorough Home and pest inspection specialists in the Desert Hot Springs area. I understand she exerted some appropriate pressures when needed with the Escrow company! She also advocated strongly with the owner’s agent and the owners on a Request for Repair addendum to the initial offer and an additional addendum needed when a small misunderstanding arose over included appliances!
