I had the pleasure of working with Talyn on my new construction home the last 6th months! Originally, I began looking at new builds without a realtor because I wasn’t sure I needed one as I would be dealing with builder representatives but believe me when I tell you… you NEED a Talyn. The process started out pretty smooth, but we quickly ran into numerous issues throughout the build process. The builders were attempting to cheat us out of appropriate materials, made many mistakes and tried to delay us past the necessary close date. Talyn came in like a calculated shark and inserted herself as the middleman between the builder rep and I! This was extremely beneficial because Talyn was able to work through the majority of issues with the builder and I was able to stay a mutual party in the matter. Over the entire build process Talyn was nothing short of attentive, informative, kind, and aggressive in appropriate situations. She ensured me everything would be taken care of and helped guide me through the process of purchasing my first home. Without Talyn’s attention to detail and consistency, I am not sure I would have made it through the entire 6-month process. From start to finish Talyn was professional, thorough, and maintained an incredible work ethic. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home!

My husband and I just completed the sale of our home in Flower Mound and the purchase of land in Aubrey with Talyn. Selling and buying at the same time could have been potentially be very stressful for us, but Talyn made it smooth, painless and professional! I cannot say enough nice things about Talyn. She did an outstanding job helping me find my forever home. Making the move to another state can be stressful enough but Talyn made sure she knew what I was looking for in a home including the area and what my interests/hobbies were ensuring that all the activities I was interested in were nearby. This goes beyond finding a house with a certain amount of square footage or lot size. Yes, this was information she needed to help find things but it goes beyond the front door. Talyn made sure I would not only enjoy the home itself but the activities available when I walked out the door. Talyn knows Texas and is always available whenever I had questions or concerns.
