Communication was constant by text and email. She was patient as we were very picky and it look many months to find the right home. Any time we were interested in seeing a place, she was quick to set up appointments and run comps. She was honest when a home was and wasn’t a good value. Once we finally found the right place, she helped with the offer, set up appointments with her connections for inspections during the option period, and helped with negotiations for reductions and credits. To top it all off, she gave us a lovely custom gift basket after closing.

Selling our home through Talyn Provo’s team with Douglas Elliman real estate was simple and straightforward. Talyn and her team are young, energetic, goal and results driven, and utilize modern technology and social media platforms to get maximum visibility on the homes they are working to get sold. Wanted to give 5 stars, but we did encounter challenges with timely and prompt communication and feedback regarding the sale of our home from the team in general so that is an area for improvement, but all in all our house sold in just over 3 months, and we’d contract Talyn and team to work for us again if we ever had a need to sell our house.
