As first-time buyers, we had lots of questions, no idea what it was we really wanted or needed, and ever-changing needs and expectations. Taj was beyond patient. She always had a smile, a kind word, and the answers we needed to hear, even if it wasn't the one we wanted. Buying a house in this competitive market was tough. We had to put in several offers and see more houses that we probably needed to. But we were looking for OUR 1st home. And to us, it had to be perfect and it had to be us. Taj listened, took in our input, and in the end, the house we own now was one that SHE found and not one we thought we wanted based on well-placed lying cameras! Trust me, we insisted on seeing a LOT of duds! But she never shot us down, she let us see what we wanted but she also gave us some amazing suggestions. At times, we thought it was never going to happen, that the market was too rough, that we didn't have a good enough offer, and Taj kept us informed, encouraged, and calm. She even hugged away a few tears! She was exactly what we needed. In fact, she was too good to us! If you are looking for someone to hold your hand and walk you through the whole process, Taj is the person to call. If you want to do it all on your own, you can call her, but you'll miss out on the most important part, the service and knowledge she provides.
